Workout + Diet for Skinny Dudes

If you're a skinny dude (or lady) trying to bulk up: this video is for you.

tl;dr Lift heavy compound weights 3x a week. Progressively overload so that you're increasing the weight slowly over time. Calculate your TDEE and eat 300-500 calories above that number everyday. And make sure you're ingesting enough protein to repair the torn muscle. Use an app like MyFitnessPal in order to make sure you're counting your calories.

The gym routine is pretty easy and straight forward. Get access to a gym. If no access to a gym, we'll have to create a modified version for an at home routine (not advisable).

For food, Chipotle is king. Whey protein will help you get a good 50g of protein in. Chicken. Rice. Nuts. Peanut butter. Eggs. Yogurt. All of these will be your friends.
