Getting back into shape is easy in theory; harder in execution. Here's a few tips:

1.) Walk for at least 15 minutes every day. More if you have the time.
2.) Your diet is key. Eat less. Find food you enjoy to cook or eat and eat less of it.
3.) Intermittent fasting is a great option if you're having trouble eating less.
4.) Get access to a gym and follow whatever routine you enjoy. As long as you stay consistent.

The key is consistency. Finding the right routine for you for your schedule is the answer. Getting in shape is simply moving your body around more and occasionally picking up and putting down heavy weights. 90% of that relies on you changing your eating habits.
