A Dreamer in a Dream Hiatus
Added 2025-07-04 20:20:22 +0000 UTCI was hoping the issue would resolve itself, but all that's done is constantly push the update schedule back. The truth is it's been taking me two or even three times as long to write a Dreamer chapter as a Blackjack and Hookers chapter. Who would have known trying to blend ultra solipsism and Elder Scrolls metaphysics into a compelling story would be hard? :V
My plan is to take some time to build up a backlog of chapters before returning to the story. But I also don't want to leave a gaping hole in the schedule I put for myself, so you'll see a poll for a new story dropping with this announcement.
They're all stories I shouldn't have to bend myself into a mental pretzel to write.

It wouldn't be as bad as I didn't try and go a step further. The dream beyond the dream beyond the dream beyond the... yeah. It's only made me more stubborn to see it through to the end, amusingly.

If it’s affecting you this way, the break’s definitely the right decision. We can wait until the writing madness for ES slips back on like a comfortable pair of shoes once more.
