just like last time follow the link and once you are in the folder "SOM Ultimate Metallica Impulse Response Pack" click download on Ride The Lightning
also like last time you'll need to unarchive this with winrar or winzip or something like that and you'll need this password: MercLightning
if you want the old password for kill em all please refer to the post for those impulse responses
