Vipers NVE Preset (ENB REQUIRED!)

It adds realistic shadows to the game, allows for the colors to pop while still being very realistic. All of the files are easy to install, if you have any questions DM me! (ENB will be in the download as a custom enb! It will not be required but it makes the game look 10x better! The ENB will add realistic car reflections, realistic police lighting, realistic glass reflects and a ton more!!!)
