Vipers Los Angeles Remastered

This remaster consists of 2 presets low and high, if you have a low end pc I would choose the low preset as it saves around 3-5 fps. However these can be used with or without ENB. The low end preset is designed to work with QuantV's reshade settings but can be used with ENB. Each preset looks different, the high enb preset comes with a darker and more realistic tone, the low end comes with a more bright looking preset as it saves fps and looks better on QuantV's Reshade settings. Also for users who like to use custom ENB, I have included that as well, however I haven't included one for low end users because it drops a significant amount of fps.
