2025-08-17 01:16:28 +0000 UTCI don't watch content like shorts and stuff, I tend to prefer longer videos, but it is usually quite popular so it could be useful. Level 3 just got released, and I think they implement the dungeon to reach the next level at the same time as the level it leads to, so since Level 4 isn't out yet she wouldn't be able to defeat the Level 3 boss yet. Most likely, simply an event area with a secret boss fight. The guys watching them play are the devs, they just take that appearance while in the game for some reason (perhaps to show that they're not players), though it is interesting that they monitor the game and hold meetings within the game itself. I found a list of Maple's skills, so I think I'm going to start describing the ones she gets in the episodes. So, for this one : Predator : summons 2 predator devils that automatically attack targets. Costs no MP, and their attacks add the effect [HEX], which reduces the target's abilities by 5%, stackable 5 times (so a maximum of 25% debuff), 2 minutes per stack. Seeping Chaos is both a main equipment skill containing Predator and Atrocity, as well as a sub-skill that can be activated at will. It produces blacklight, a corrosive substance. If used in addition to Predator, it can also make the devils gigantic, with mouths said to be 2 meters wide, and makes them shoot out like the Hydra skill. Atrocity : Transform into a massive demon, gaining 1,000 HP, as well as 50 STR and AGI. If HP reaches 0, then the user leaves the demon form and goes back to their previous stats. While there is no time limit for activation of the skill, getting out of demon form prevents the player from using the skill for the rest of the day. Counter : As the name implies, takes the damage received by the user, and adds it to their next attack. While it's not detailed on the website I found, I imagine that it takes the damage done by the attack without taking defense into account (otherwise the skill would be useless to Maple) Machine God : Allows Maple to manifest weapons by sacrificing equipment. The better the quality of the sacrificed equipment, the more powerful her weapons are. I've removed any information that could be considered a spoiler, as most of these informations come from the manga and contain informations about later events of the anime. EDITED TO ADD : Just saw a neat information : when Maple eats a monster, it acts as an HP Drain, dealing permanent damage to the enemy that it cannot heal, effectively reducing its max HP. Which is why it's such an effective technique at taking down powerful monsters.

It is possible Maple killed the big boss of level 3. I have to reread the light novel to find that out though and I don't have time right now. Either way I can't remember if it was anything of not that she obtained Machine God. Oh well. So the next big event is coming up and it is going to be a good one that I can't wait to see how you all react to the season one final episode. It has my favorite scene in the whole first season in there.
