Maybe it's not Fragment but those items that were being stored in the "waste storage" building, that Fragment was told to be careful about--perhaps they were unstable, and the three prisoners did something to set them off, and they damaged both the demi-plane and Fragment, and all together caused Tomoe to be injured. ....... Yay, the lich has joined the party! ....... I want you to continue at least Apothecary Diaries (though you haven't near got to the end of its season), and Tsukimichi. I am hoping you will watch Campfire Cooking in Another World (hope I got the title right), when Season 2 arrives in October.
