bb i love you! i have struggled with an eating disorder since i was 14, (now 19), and i have a lot of the same struggles as you. eating more whole foods truly will make you feel more full and better about yourself, eating more whole grains, some veggies, fruits, will help you!! the solution to clean eating is not just meat and eggs -- it will cause you to have a heart attack.

I don't think Trish should have to filter herself on your behalf, not trying to be mean but it seems like you should filter this yourself. If she constantly was monitoring herself to appease everyone she'd never vlog.

Hey Trish! I get the urge to pick at the zit but I don't think that one was pop-able, you just made yourself bleed. Also, please don't lick your finger then touch your bleeding zit, I have OCD and you really triggered me. It probably isn't a thing, but for your own health and my sanity, please do not do that again. Loved the ED talk though, it's good to see you being open on here and sharing things like that. Glad you had a good time in Puerto Rico and I'm happy to see you learned a lot :-)

Literally me though with the eating thing. I either eat really good or I binge. No in between, I definitely donβt have a normal relationship with food.
