Megaman X3 Fastrom fix

Copy and pasted so all can see: I actually went back to look into the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and why the title screen is messed up, and I figured it out but I don't think its fixable. Basically very rarely, diztinguish will decompile a game with large sections of code marked as OPCODES when they should just be raw DB byte calls. Historically I've been able to fix these as they are in large chunks across, for example, banks 05 and 0A. In this case, however, its chunks of data in the middle of files all over the place. I have attempted to fix this and did not have any luck. Still poking at it, but its not looking good.
