@WeatherReport metaphors aren't one to one. I think the pest metaphor holds up in scenes like the one I mentioned and in the previous episode at Los Pollos. Obviously he's dangerous and obviously he isn't just a pest but that is certainly part of his personality and demeanor and the way he plays off of characters at times.

Lalo isnt some pest. He's more like a wolf waiting to strike. He's stupidly dangerous because he's smart. He's so dangerous Gus is genuinely concerned.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before or if the girls have noticed, but the intro credits become progressively more distorted and damaged with each new season. Compare this episode's credits with season 1. HUGE difference. At this rate season 6's intro is just gonna be tv color bars with static and nothing else lol.

Woah I didn't know that. I absolutely love s5's cinematography, however the pronounced yellowy/orangey tint is kind of odd. In some scenes it's over the top. But I can forgive them for that because it's just so dang beautiful regardless.

This is the episode that sold me on Lalo. I enjoyed his introduction last season but I was a little unsure how he was going to fit in this series especially knowing that Jimmy has to cross paths with him at some point. But Lalo is just so incredibly fun to watch, and I love that first scene where he's saying Zeigler's name and emphasizing the 'z'. It really sums him up as this annoying pest that's buzzing around everyone's head that none of them can swat away. Also this season looks phenomenal. 1-4 also look fabulous but this one really stands above them. This was the first season they did after filming El Camino and they decided to keep using the camera they shot that with.

@ReactorHero except it has nothing to do with being excited. This person has repeatedly stated nothing other than he doesn't like the first 3 seasons for like 40 episodes now. And now that they're at the only good season according to him he still has nothing to add to the conversation.

I’m not sure if Saul knows for a FACT that Lalo is still alive. I always thought it was just an assumption. Lalo could very well be long dead but Saul doesn’t necessarily know that. Same thing goes for Nacho, too.

I’m with Milena. Sure, I think Kai was scared, but I mainly think he was just trying to butter up to Mike to get in his good side. Little did he know it was the opposite.

Lalo's fate is really unknown because in Breaking Bad we get conflicting information. Saul says he's still alive but then Gus tells Hector that the Salamanca name will die with him, meaning Hector is the last Salamanca left alive.

the weird guy (Jeff) was the cab driver who was eyeing Saul/Gene in season 4. I have a feeling something is up with him and just putting up a facade. His friend there was eyeing him very ominously too
