Added 2016-04-29 19:35:59 +0000 UTCOne of the newest members in the Heroes of Merit Officers that help protect Babylon City, this young otter has taken the codename Deluge as a symbol of his uncanny ability to spontaneously generate and spray water from any of his orifices at high velocity, seemingly without end! Quick as the rapids themselves while underwater, or soaring through the air on a jet of buttwater, Deluge is able to navigate nearly anywhere within the city at astonishing speeds to respond to incidents in need of a hero. It's rumored that he can spontaneously generate other fluids as well, but that's totally his personal business.
