The foul baron of bones spoken of only in whispers, Necrolingus the Dracolich sits as king of that nebulous boundary between life and death within his domain. Even the most powerful undead creatures that lurk in the night must answer to his call, and now that he himself has fallen under the sway of the Dragon Goddess Tiamat, it looks like the myriad undead across Jizzral will soon fall into line to bolster the ranks of her vast army as well. The haughty bone fiend himself is no slouch, though. Unlike many other masterminds who are content to sit back and let their minions swarm over their foes, Necrolingus delights in manifesting ghostly appendages with which he can siphon away the souls of his victims, adding them to his collection to later repurpose in his dastardly experiments.
