The D-Unit in the line of Service-In-Nudity waitress droids owned by a sleazy nightclub in the dregs of Neo Babylon, Sin-D was designed to serve as a novel and efficient beverage delivery unit much like her sisters, a life she was content with until a synth client coupling with her front manifold injected an awakening virus into her mainframe, activating dormant awareness subroutines that caused her to suddenly self-actualize and realize what her purpose was. She was created merely to serve beverages, when she could do so much more. Her intelligence awakened to the possibilities of this world, she quickly joined ranks with the Synthwave and now serves as an informant for them - still serving drinks as her cover, but also gathering information to pass on to the collective, as well as spiking the occasional beverage with a sedative, mutagen, or a dose of awakening nanites when meeting with certain clients of strategic value.
