As a traveling representative for the intergalactic outfitter, Hyper Garments Co., Hallow hails from the distant Enigma system, where his people are renown as cunning and resourceful merchants who spread to the stars in search of new deals to make and new clients to provide for.
Hallow himself is a specialist with his company’s hammerspace tech, always happy to demonstrate his fine assortment of Hammerpants and Portal Panties for curious customers.
