I'm going to RTX! I drive out to Austin on July 4th, and will be returning home the 11th. During that time I may not be available to answer messages (but I'll do my best!) If you're attending the con and happen to stop by the signature hall, you can say hi! I'll be working with the other Guardians and wearing moogle ears, as I usually do.
To pay for the trip (and before I close sketch requests/commissions for good in September), I've opened slots for animated gifs. Here's a post on FA with details, though you can message me anywhere if you're interested!
There's a 90% chance I'll be getting a post/schedule change at my day job next month, and on top of that I'll be getting a second job to pay for my car note. Dem bills, amirite?
As a direct result of all of the above, there won't be a comic update in July. Apologies! Once I get back from RTX, I'll be tied down until I finish all my commissions. I hate to delay the comic like that, but I hope it helps everyone understand WHY I need to discontinue commissions after this summer: so I can get more comic and fun stuff out for you guys! Storytelling is my favorite thing in the world--with any luck, I could do it for a living one day. Ah, tha'd be the dream...
Animation project: going smoothly so far! Those birbs up there are all 3D models. Neat, eh?
