Added 2019-01-23 19:48:08 +0000 UTCHere's the rough for scene 02 of episode one. You can tell where I jumped around with ideas for coloring backgrounds. There was also a glitch with the recorded subtitles, so I had to toss the audio.
The good news is that I have a voice actor lined up for Mizu, one of our protagonists. I'll still be looking out for a handful of people to help voice minor characters like Marshal, here, as well as the characters in the previous scene. Should be fun!
As for chupas, I got the renders done for page 10-05. A panel looks something like this, before I get to paintin' on it:
In Patreon news, I'm seeing a lot of creators losing patrons around the start of the year, and I'm no exception. I won't be dissuaded from working on my projects, naturally, but it does make one wonder how an artist can build a business around it... without drawing furry porn every day of the year for change, that is. Someone suggested bringing back my $10 reward, only with a random draw system so one patron will win a sketch each month/week/whatever, rather than me drawing sketches for everyone all the time. I'm considering it! If anyone's interested in that or a similar idea, let me know.
