Heh, it's gotta be a convention for a reason. But thanks! I do like Tex's big-shot pose there, in particular. See, I love your verbose ass because you'll call up to words stuff I don't think about, at least not consciously. That fear stuff is a Deep Thought:tm: You too right, though, and the series sets that tone with this couple in the very early seasons. Granted, by the time Tex shows up to Blood Gulch, Church doesn't have a body for her to threaten, so that could account for his bravado there. XD

I'm impressed and delighted (and feel less lame since I *always* do this when I draw and am *not* being explicit). The poses and positioning of body parts is perfect -- and I dig the shifted weight on Tex in the bottom-left panel :chefkiss: What a beautiful goddamn bit of body language, her entire form says "listen the fuck right here". I also adore Church not looking scared of her at any point. Awkward and maybe even *almost* cowed...but never flinching-scared. And I think that speaks volumes to the relationship you've gone with for them in this world. Both stubborn, hard-headed asses, both with *endless* flaws...and neither afraid of the other. Obviously Tex don't fear *nothin'*, but with Church not looking like he's suddenly been whipped even after she brings the fire on him, I'd say it explains a lot of why they were together in the first place. (Also I know you don't want to hear it, but Can Relate Again to Tex in this scenario. I'm in this photo and I don't like it.)
