So who pulls off the McGrump face better, York or Church

Thaaaaaaaanks it was a *fingers crossed* situation, to see if my artwork could remotely do justice to what I pictured in my head. I mean - yes, and never. You know how it goes. Glad there was some emotional *unf* to this, regardless.
YEAH the fleeting angry!York moments need to be cherished. He's got some strong feels, but he still too much an angel-badass to chew a bitch out (yeah that meme got to me.)
Wash is... Well, this is exposition!Wash, the kind we got to know and love in RvB6. He'll explain just enough to keep things moving, but otherwise he's detached and in the zone, on his revenge!mission. It is a funny jump after being so sweet on York, but yeah - Blues can ruin any mood. It's their superpower.
And glad you like the bottom panel! I reworked it a couple of times, but agree that showing the broken toys front-and-center sends the right message. Almost a shame this isn't a chapter closer, would make a good'un.

Haw, this page. Man, the feels are strong. But I'm glad you did it proper-like. It deserved it.
First panel's got JOKES as ya do, Tucker's delivery is, of course, perfection. Thank you for that BUT. Panel 3, *man* panel three, hgnghhgnghh that *face* on York. An expression we almost never see, never *want* to see on our big ol' lap-dog-pup but gatdamn if it don't also be *just* what we need. Ugh. Thank you for doin' him justice. He's normally so chill and calm, so for him to express THAT much negative emotion even for a couple frames, it hits where it needs to.
I like his face in 4 even more, though. Stormy. It's so unlike him but ugh, yeah. It's what we need. I appreciate that capture.
Wash is surprisingly calm explaining it, and part of me says it's 'cause he knows how upset York is, so it knocks some of the angry wind out of his tiny angry sails. It's very well done 'cause it gives 'em a sense of balance. Wash knows when York needs somethin' else from him other than his usual biting remarks.
...Not that his words to Church ain't *heftin' some weight*. I really like that he goes into the detail and not only does he reassure him York don't blame him, but he even kinda implies he doesn't, either. Just that...the whole situation is unfair, and *yeah* it implies that Church should be dead and *she* shouldn't. Which is a hammer blow no matter which side you're on. I like that Wash delivers it.
And hell yeah -- that closing shot's a winner, too, goddamn! I really like the low angle with the broken toys that Church don't remember. It's a beautiful framing for the scene (joke numbers and all). Kudos on capturing such a strong *mood* there.
Ya got me all riled up 'n shit, and I KNOW this coaster ain't slowin' yet, so. Y'know. Get ready for failed stiff-upper-lips. Let's *do this*.
