Palette shift is a trip, ain't it? I wasn't sure about the PIIIIINK but I do love it with blue, so went with my weakness. Aw lawd, painting in greyscale my best idea for this comic since... who knows. Been a carnival of bad ideas and dinosaurs. Maaaaaaine, our biggest boi. Bless his taciturn heart. Glad his low-key dialogue works for ya, too. (lmao never ditching this smarmy monk bastage)

And just plain pretty, too -- ya have such a beautiful way with your sketchy backgrounds, it's a genuine artform at this point. Like. I never want to learn how to paint fancy backgrounds anymore, I *just* want to learn this kinda speedpainting. It's so fawkin' attractive to me. J'adore, especially that first panel. ...No seriously I can't get over the pink hues, looks so fawkin' great. ANYWAY, Maine-word! :allears: TWO, in fact. Good splurge, ya picked a good moment for 'em. I really like his face in the last frame, too. The little 'yooman is askin' such interestin' questions. Also he is most certainly raised with *plenty* of knowledge of Sirca wherever he from, I likes it. (lmao sup Smarmy Monk, goddamn you) Other fella's hat is ALSO a winner, yep. Will never get tired of it. I'm lookin' forward to this li'l detour, these have become a very enjoyable thing, sorta like li'l palate cleansers.
