It's goddamn tragic 'n beautiful all at once 'cause lawd, who ain't been there in some form or another. Hurts already before we even get to the *real* pain. Yo, your angles here are great. Love Tex's pose, especially, and the framing of the last two panels, 10/10. That starlit grass is fawkin' gorgeous, too. The greyscale perfect for the night scene (but the touch of blue jus' right, too) Loooove the glow over the landscape and the farmstead in the background. Shit hits deep tonight for *whatever reason*, I guess looking back to fleeting moments of happiness in the past is appealing for some reason :hee: (Your voiceover workin' just fine in my books, too, for what it's worth)
