【ご連絡】skebの英語版と日本語版のPSDファイルについて(About PSD files for English and Japanese versions of skeb)

お問い合わせをいただいたのですが、skebでリクエストをいただく全体のかたへご関係があると思いましたので、個別ではなくみなさま全体へ、周知させていただきます。

I received your inquiry, but I thought it was relevant to the entire group of people who make requests on skeb, so I will make it known to all of you, not individually.

skebでの、主に英語圏の方への納品作品に関してですが、

About PSD files for English and Japanese versions of skeb

日本語版は英語版と共に、FANBOXの500円コースにて公開をさせていただいております。これは、どの海外のクライアント様でも、同じ対応です。

The Japanese version, along with the English version, will be made available on the FANBOX 500 yen course. This is the same for all clients' requests.

納品したPSDファイルには日本語版の文字が非表示レイヤーとして含まれています。

The PSD file we delivered includes the Japanese version of the text as a hidden layer.

お手数をおかけしますが、日本語版をご確認いただく場合には、もし、よろしければ、そちらでご確認をいただければ幸いです。

We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you would like to check the Japanese version, we would appreciate it if you could do so there.

（英語・日本語版が存在する納品物については、常に同じ対応をさせていただいておりますので、個別でなく、全体へ周知させていただきました）

(We always take the same measures for deliverables that have both English and Japanese versions, so this is a general announcement, not an individual one.)

今回だけは、個別の対応を行うとなると、今後、都度そのような問い合わせが発生し対応の時間がかかってしまうことも考えられます。ですので、すいませんが、できる限り、一律、どのクライアント様においても、同じ対応、同じ内容で納品、公開をさせていただきたいと考えています。

If we were to say, “Only this time, we will respond individually,” it is possible that such inquiries will arise each time in the future and take time to respond. Therefore, we are sorry, but as much as possible, we would like to deliver and publish the same content and respond to all clients in the same uniform manner.

また、私のほうで都度英語圏かどうか判断していますので、その判断により、英語版のテキストを制作しない場合や、作品の内容によっては、制作工数的に（作品への時間を増やしたいために）、日本語版とのみとなる場合もあります。ご了承ください。

I also judge whether or not the text is English-speaking each time, so depending on my judgment, I may not produce an English version of the text, or depending on the content of the work, it may only be a Japanese version due to production man-hours (in order to increase the time spent on the work). We ask for your understanding.
