HUD Concept - V1

Finally got around to finishing the first HUD concept for the map. This will be one of likely many versions until its finalized and any feedback or suggestions would really be helpful here.

Id also like to mention that a lot of really exciting things are being worked on behind the scenes and I'm super excited to show you guys when its ready. More details to come.

What if you have them smaller and static like usual. But when they are in use they are bigger and playing their animation? Like when it's double tap and you are shooting, the guy does his little shooting anim, or when using quick revive the medic one is doing has anim, etc.

I like the idea but I specifically wanted to have these play their little animation loop like they do on the perk machines. I'll try to play around with more minimal versions like that though

figured that as well, perks and a lot of the other ui elements are gonna need some downsizing

what if the perk icons were just like heads off the pip boys with something representing the perk on each like a helmet for jug or bandage for quick revive to make the perk icons smaller

And each character should have a different vaultboy (or vaultgirl) icon. There are plenty that would fin the themes

Only suggestion I'd have is maybe make everything like 20%smaller.
