Fortified Church - Still Image
Added 2023-07-26 14:00:10 +0000 UTCA lot of people ask me where I get my inspiration from and my usual answer is from going out in the world and seeing new things. I took a photo last year while travelling of a church on a hill, and I was resolved to use it for the basis for a location. I had shared that image on my discord back then, saying that I wanted to paint a bigger church or a fort on the hill, and someone pointed me to actual places called fortified churches. Maybe this is the location for a church to the god of war in your setting, or it is an actual military fort with a mages tower?
Let me know who you think might live here and what this fort might be overlooking.

Very cool! Definitely have some use for this in a campaign I'm doing in the sword coast! Wanted to also ask for The House of Lament, The Ice Spires and Neverwinter.
