Added 2024-02-29 02:00:03 +0000 UTCThis is a recent collaboration I had the opportunity for make a scene for, and it is such a unique city and location that I just had to make it. Physically the city sits directly in the middle of a striation of cloud cover. This allows the bottom engineering level to sit in the thunderheads and heaviest clouds. This helps contain the extreme noise and is the practical location to both keep the city afloat and centrally located where they can mine storm-ore from the clouds. The middle of the city is the prime location housing the middle to upper class. With enough cloud cover still above to protect them from their sun's radiation, more oxygen than the upper city provides a considerably higher quality of life. The upper most exposed parts of the city are reserved for its most disadvantaged citizens. The only houses of Divination in the city can be found here.
