Nestled deep within the misty embrace of a mountain valley, the ancient Dwarf Fortress stands as a crumbling monument to a forgotten era. Carved into the side of a rocky cliff, the weathered visage of a stone dwarf lord gazes solemnly over the forested path below, his face streaked with moss and timeworn cracks. Jagged stone walls extend from the statue’s massive head, partially swallowed by creeping vines and encroaching pine trees.
