Full Body Release Technique Rolling Class

Hey Rollers!

This class provides a nice hip opener by working the glutes and thighs. 

It's also got a BELLY roll! You'll need a soft roller for that, or a soft ball like a pilates ball. If you don't have one, it's okay too. We adapt. ;) 

Class ends with rolling the neck, jaw and head. Specs are:

- glutes and hips

- quadriceps

- adductors/inner thighs

- calves and ankles

- belly/abdominals

- neck and upper trapezius

- jaw, head
