20 Minute Flexibility Building Roll

Hi my Friends!

This class is more of a stretch class using the roller than it is a relaxing rolling class. Not my usual content for our rolling classes, but I wanted to pull this one out as a complement to this week's workout class, because when done together (about 40 minutes total) the combination of the two will leave you feeling so open and so good! 

That being said, this class really shines when you're already warmed up. Hit this one after a brisk walk or other movement practice that has you feeling ready for a cool-down. And now that the weather is getting chillier, it's also a good idea to start thinking about warming up your space in general when you roll! 

Ok. Enough. No cliff notes today, just grab your favorite roller, a favorite groovy playlist and 20 minutes of uninterrupted you-time.
