Some of you who might remember that last year I mucked around with some Pathbuilder 2e GM Tool technology, but ended up unhappy with how it all connected. Over the last couple of weeks I decided to revisit this from a different approach, making an encounter builder first which will later connect to Pathbuilder 2e.
I know that a lot of people use Foundry for this sort of thing, so this is really aimed at people who play at the table or just don't want to shell out anything. As far as I can tell it works on mobile, although no doubt there will be some issues with very small screens.
It's still an early version, and I want to get pathbuilder 2e connectivity sorted out before I release it widely. You can currently import a static version of a pathbuilder character via json import, but you can't update that player's sheet automatically. I'll also add some sort of login system later so that encounters can persist across devices (probably gdrive like pathbuilder). Finally, it is free, no plans for any freemium purchases, and I plan for free users of pathbuilder to be able to connect to it, from both android and web.
It also parses the monster stat blocks on the fly, and although they've all passed automated tests, no doubt there will be some creatures among them who don't parse correctly.

Edit: the scroll on the spawner actually works on the desktop wide version now, I'd managed to break it while creating the mobile layout over the last couple of days and hadn't noticed.

Hey David, I used the encounter tool last session and it made the complex encounter a lot easier to run! There was one bug I found though: Adding temporary hit points to any PC or NPC in the initiative will have no immediate effect. Then, when continuing to the next actor in initiative, the temp hp value will actually be applied to that actors initiative value instead of the temporary hit points (i.e: setting the temporary hit points to 10 will actually move the actor to initiative 10).
