Changes in Ep.10, Show Back on Track

Hey all. For your patience while we get our act together, I want to give you an update on where ep.10 of MSAGW stands, when we expect it to be ready, and what you can expect between now and then.

Ep.10 was rewritten, but the script is now 100% FINISHED.

Those of you who have kept up with our previous updates should know that we've recorded various individual scenes as we tried to piece together a whole episode from different ideas. Unfortunately, a lot of what we previously recorded has been rewritten, cut, or pushed to the next episode. (Note: I'm thinking about explaining why and how all these changes happened in video form and posting to Youtube. Would you all be interested in a quick video about that?)

But as of the first of August, we have completed ep.10's script and passed it out to our actors for re-recordings, and will record most of them this Saturday. Two are out of town and will record in September. After that, all recording will be finished!

We'll have our final Ep.10 preview ready exclusively for Patrons before the end of August.

That finished video preview we showed you with Trowa and Quatre talking long distance? Yeeeeeeeeah... That was pushed to Ep.11 and altered. Ep.10 was simply way, way too long and while I didn't want to cut something that I both completely finished and liked, we made the painful decision to cut it.

But since it's been so long, I'd like to offer one more scene as a preview for all of you who have stuck around, as a sincere thank you. It'll be the first scene I finish after our Saturday recordings, so expect it around... I dunno. August 24th? We'll say August 24th.

So when will Ep.10 release???

Barring any sudden actor unavailability or life situation that stops me from video editing for a prolonged period of time, I'm currently looking at a late September release. Where will it release? Not sure! I want it to be Youtube, but the copyright bots threaten to destroy our channel anytime we post a full episode. So it's likely it will remain on OPMeat.com for the time being. We'll cross that bridge when we get there.

I'll update all of you here on Patreon when all recordings are finished so that it's a more solid date. Look forward to it.

It's been a long time and we're itching to finally push the channel loss behind us and focus on new episodes again. More updates soon!
