So my theory on why the other region didn’t summon yet cause I believe they showed they had a scroll also. Is maybe they didn’t have all 7 yet themselves. And by time they get them, the brother fell in water and died, so they have to take Mika’s route now also, before I think it was just delaying miaka’s side while they got their 7. The ends rough, and the next one is considered season finale then, and then skipping 28 and going to 29. You prob only need 1 guess as to who woulda done that for revenge.
