Some peoples dream is to become a hero there whole lives. Rex finally got that opportunity with that suit. Kiara could file "work place harassment" but that agents part of a different branch + they would likely ask why he was harassing her and she already told carlos her secret even though he was badly injured. "Mr esher" was the code name of the man(kellog i think) that kept kiaras identity secret from the agent. The electric shock from the CMR like happened to travis likely killed her partner
