I posted a video two and a half weeks ago about "why it's so exhausting" to talk about food, and then the biggest civil rights movement of our lifetime started. Between the both of those events and a raw vegetable vid in the hopper, motivation has been at an all-time low.
This low motivation comes among reports of record "comfort food" sales. Everyone is depressed or anxious or stuck at home or all three. Please take care of your health and immune system with fresh produce, sleep, and a little meditation.
