Real wine heads will laugh at my "Tasting Notes", since one of the notes is "has a screw top bottle". I think that's illustrative of this video's attitude— Pay attention to the parts that influence your wine experience, and don't worry too much about what you're supposed to remark on, like its "legs" or whatever.
I did DM a couple wine experts to get their take on this, and the consensus was basically "this is fair, but it only applies to those who desire a lower level of involvement". I'll take that as a good sign of "not for nerds".
I bought six bottles (and if the IRS is looking, they were all strictly for this video), and the worst one was that "wonderful clean organic" wine. Super hot on the tongue, like rubbing alcohol!
