The three flavors I used in the first shave ice are pineapple, orange, and cherry Kool Aid. That combo hits every time and 75% of the time it's the combo I'm rolling with.
You'd think shaved milk on its own would be plenty sweet and creamy, but the cold really dials it down, which is why you'll see me adding chocolate sauce and sweetcon milk on top.

Easily the best cooking channel out there. My sweet potato fries and Brussels sprouts are so much better because of you. I might just order some trade to convince them you are worth the investment.

I shot everything in one day. In an effort to minimize waste, I put each finished creation into the freezer immediately to enjoy later. Unfortunately, that doesnβt really preserve the texture at all, so they all froze back together into impenetrable blocks.
The strawberry bingsu was eaten at my desk shortly after filming though. It was very enjoyable.
