On Bad Publicity

The very first YouTube Short I ever posted now has over 7 million views, and it exists as a permanent reminder of how the only valid way to "make things better is to make better things". It feels good to see a slam dunk quote tweet like "actually ur wrong plus L plus ratio" but ever since this whole pepper cannon story unfolded, I've significantly reduced the amount of reaction or response-based entertainment I take in.

There were a lot of great examples to show as B-roll, but if I used them, they'd be working against the whole video premise.) One great example is that "Fresh and Fit" podcast that used to get zero attention before all the reaction channels started clowning on it and driving up traffic. My fourth eye is wide open and I realize that the best way to let something die is to ignore it.
