Soooo, this is a piece I drew a while ago with my Copic Markers I got. I used Red and black for this one, as you can tell, because it shows a FOE character, that got a huge role in the fandom - BlackJack. I didn't read Fallout Equestria myself, but I've heard stories about this character by :iconsnowvillier1804: who adores her :) So I created something funny, drawing her totally drunk and giggly xD That might be a bit Out of character but as I said, I never read it myself. Nevertheless, I really hope you like it :D
