Wind Swifter WIP

What you see here is a WIP of a christmas present I'm working on for Tyler Sackett, also known as MixdaPonies on DeviantArt.
I decided to draw his OC Wind Swifter in the style of LyraBon and OctaScratch lately since I'm enjoying the freedom of playing with effects and I'll add some things he really likes in the background later on^^
