Sorry for the pun as a title, I just thought of it when I drew this christmas gift for :iconmixdaponies: :D
He is a huuuuge fan of Skeletons, of Jack Skellington, of "Nightmare before Christmas" , so what better thing to draw than this character? :)
It's made on black paper and was drawn with a lot of enjoyment because of that. It's great fun to play around with the effects you can create with black paper and coloured pencils^^ As always, at least two more colours were neccasary and I decided for a cool blue and red because it's a warm holiday where you enjoy the bright light shared within family and friendship, but it's in the cold month of December (well, for the most part... I'm looking at you, Aussies :P )
I think I could have done better on Jack's head, but in the end it didn't turn out that bad if you ask me :)
