A Grandma's Portrait

Here I can show you another christmas present, this time for my grandma (mum's side) who also wished for a self portrait underneath the christmas tree on Christmas eve^^ There we go!
This is the 2nd attempt for me to draw my Granny (the first one will only be available on my Patreon) since it's still super challenging for me to draw humans and although I think my Grandma is a beautiful woman, it was kinda tough for me to really catch her most important facial expressions - in the end, in this one I think I did manage to do so pretty well.
Believe it or not, but two full black pencils died during the process of making it. Yep, two. Nevertheless, I think it was worth it and my grandma really loves this piece. It was challenging for me to draw and took me quite a while to be happy with it, but the result is what I am proud of.

Wow, you really think so? Especially because of the hard time I had drawing humans/human faces more or less realistically, it means even more to me if you say it looks good. Really, thank you^^ <3
