School Project: Switching Roles

Hey guys^^

Art academy is lots of fun at some points and I get to try out some cool new things! In one class, we had to bring an interesting object with us, that we like and that we have to draw after studying it at school. I brought a small white fuzzy deer bust statue with me that has a bell around his neck and had to draw it a couple of times during school. However, the most interesting task was to draw a very strange/random scene with this object in which we interact in a weird way haha XD Created two images and this is one of them^^

I thought about those people hanging stuffed animal heads on their walls and found the idea of switching roles for this task just so appearing, I had to draw it: While I'm the one who's head is hanging on the wall now, the deer is watching TV and relaxing in the chair XD I found it hilarious and since we could use any style we want, I went for black and white lineart only, going all out with cross hatching and such. Think it might capture the light and shadow in this room pretty well.
