:COMM: Beach Bar Boy

Summer is getting closer and therefore I have a new summer based commission to show you for :iconphoenix-mask: :D They asked me to draw their OC as an Anthro character, standing at a beach bar holding his drink :)
I must say it feels like an empty beach with noone in the background as the commissioner asked for, but that shall not be the problem^^ After all, he enjoys his drink and time there and this is what counts :) Something I haven't drawn before but that was very interesting to do hehe. Besides, it felt like it's been an eternity using my detailed shading for a commission XD I dunno, it always feels like I have to practice it again. Maybe I should do it more often, but I'm not sure if that's the kind of shading I enjoy.
Anyways, I enjoyed working on this piece, especially the background as I am very happy with how the beach bar, the roof, the ground and sky turned out, seriously :) I also am happy with the proportions on the character and that isn't always the case, I mean it XD I'm sure he is not flawless but damn, am I happy with it :D
