Hello everyone,

what you see here is a leftover Patreon Reward for :iconsnoopystallion: from last month, that I still want to show you and explain to you, as well.

This image is actually inspired by the trailer for The Legend of Zelda-Breath of the Wilde 2 we got to see this year, in which we saw a wrinkled, kind of undead creature pinned down at a podest that reminded us on Ganondorf. Overall it was a mystical and mysterious scene that Snoopy transferred to Mlp - featuring Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon.

In his idea for this drawing, Starswirl the Bearded freed Princess Luna and Princess Celestia from their dark sides, from the dark spirits inside them and so Nightmare Moon and Daybreaker are left behind as lifeless puppets, being captured with the help of spears so they can't move at all. It looks painful...and it is/was, nothing an Alicorn would like to go through, but it's for the better.

I think the idea behind it is way too complex and epic for me to foolishly try to explain it XD I actually like the idea llthough it's pretty dark and creepy - see as these empty "shells" stand still with an expression of terror in their dark eyes, their manes and tails creeping around on over the ground ... especially Daybreaker looks terrifying since she is down there way longer than Nightmare Moon, looking old, wrinkled, starving...

I can tell this sure was a challenge for me and took many sketches to get the composition at least somewhat right. Oh well, I tried to show them from below a little as if we as the viewers were smaller than them or positioned lower compared to them.

It took me quite a while to finish it, I'm still a little sceptical about it, but I'm looking forward to your feedback!
