In case you're not familiar with Seconds from Disaster, it's a National Geographic show that recounts disasters from all over the world, usually with a minute-by-minute breakdown of events, intereviews with survivors, and recreations of what happened.
The show can be a bit dramatic sometimes - it certainly likes making use of tense music and explosive special effects - but it's usually very realiable. In this case it gives a really clear breakdown of exactly how the gasoline leak took place. Definitely worth a watch if you want to learn more.

I know that feeling - the number of times they repeat parts of the story in Seconds From Disaster is pretty incredible sometimes.
