Crow Funerals

It probably doesn't come as a surprise that crows are my favourite animal, given that I picked one to represent my channel. There are lots of reasons to love crows.
For one, they're amazingly smart. Some sources compare their intelligence to that of a seven-year-old child... which is maybe not that helpful a comparison!
But certainly they've been seen using tools, and their ability to solve relatively complex problems is well-documented. They even remember human faces. While nobody knows for sure why crow "funerals" happen, it's not a stretch to think that they could be either grieving or learning.
