Attaching this help center article which should help you fix any issues you guys are running to! If you still aren’t able to get the issue fixed, at the bottom of the help center link you guys can open a ticket with Patreon support who can troubleshoot technical issues for you!

Guys do it on safari not on the app!! For some reason “apps” doesn’t show up on the patreon app
