When I was in HS, we did every 15 min too. I was one of the people who had to pretend they died in a car crash. However, all parents had to know prior about the program because they had to sign an approval form. So, when the police officers went to the parent's home to inform them about their child's fatal car accident, the parents already knew about it. It would be illegal if the school didn't tell the parents about it because they are underage lol
