Chris Rock actually can’t pick up social cues (which is 70-90% of human reaction). He was ask if he wanted to press charges LAPD was on sight of course but he said “no no no no no” to the point the director had to say “Chris, let them finish”. After the slap he immediately apologized to his cohosts bc he was like “this was yalls night to shine and now everyone’s just going to be talking about this”
