Lol I'm in law school and we talked about the PepsiCo case in contracts. Basically bc it was to order off a catalog (which didnt have the jet) the commercial wasn't a binding offer as it was vague and indefinite (bc u had to order off the catalog) so when he sent all of the $$ and points he technically was making the offer to which PepsiCo denied
