OK hear me out - this is how I quit & matt helped me finally quit. SO first week off I had these vapes that had 0 nicotine and I would use that for the effect (elf bar sells no nic vapes) and I would use nicotine patches 7mg and I did that for the first week THEN week 2 I did no patches and just the vape and then once that vape ran out I just didn't buy another and I would be mindful throughout the day like why I hit it so you know what your stressors are. ALSO, use the app KWIT - the most rewarding thing ever.
